Thin film of rPET

The project must also develop technology that can collect the used packaging bags, have them washed/cleaned and, not least, blown into new thin film of rPET.

The challenge is to collect, clean and wash used PET bags from daily recycling, so that they can be blown into new flexible packaging. rPET is known for stronger film to be used for rigid and semi-rigid trays. However, rPET is currently unknown for the very thin film that must be used for flexible bags made of rPET. Even very few extraneous components can completely destroy the violent stretch of the film in the production process.
